Sensors
Automatica propose a full range of sensors dedicated to testing of threaded fasteners.
Multi-channel Sensor
Specific sensor for threaded fasteners - designed by Automatica. Three different types depending on number of channels ( depending on the number of components measured ):
2 channels
- Tension+Torque
3 channels
- idem 2 chan.+Head Friction Torque
4 channels
- idem 3 chan.+Thread Torque
Nominal (rated) forces from 60 kN up 600 kN. Nominal (rated) torques from 120 N·m up 3,000 N·m
Torque Sensor
Static or dynamic torque. Transducer can be used both in conjunction with hand-held screwdrivers and motorized screwdrivers. Nominal (rated) torques from 5 N·m up 1,000 N·m.
Force Sensor
Force load cell measures static and dynamic tensile and compressive loads. Nominal (rated) forces from 1 kN up 500 kN.
Elongation Sensor
Based on a spring push in contact with the threaded fasterner. The measurement range is typically 10 mm with an accuracy of 0.5 µm.
Temperature and Humidity Sensor
The new standards require of operating conditions to take into account the temperature and humidity. The proposed sensors integrate very easily to differents testing benchs.
